New Age Behavioral Consultants was established to provide an array of consulting services at home and at school. Our team of professionals use the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) to service individuals on the Autism Spectrum, families that have children with behavioral concerns, parent training services, adult life skill transitions, professional supervision for future BCBAs or BCaBAs, and social skill training.

NAB is now seeking part-time ABA/ Behavior Therapists to provide home-based services. Therapists are directly responsible for providing one-to-one instruction based on the principles of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) to children with Autism Spectrum Disorders. These hours are typically after school (3 PM through the evening) or on weekends.

Qualifications:

  • Must practice confidentiality and maintain a high standard of ethics; Work well with teams (staff, families, and clinical consultants).
  • Provide one-to-one behavior intervention services to a variety of children with autism and related disorders.
  • Timely and accurate notification and documentation of incidents, notes, and plans.
  • Maintain accurate data and graphing on all designated programs.
  • May accompany assigned student across environments (e.g., home and community) implementing behavioral objectives.
  • Must have access to a reliable vehicle with car insurance, have a driver’s license as well as access to a reliable computer with Internet.
  • Ability to navigate web-based programs.
  • Must successfully pass a background check


Experience: Special Education/Psychology coursework, Enrolled in an affiliated program, RBT/ABA: 1 year (Preferred)
