Position Summary:

Ancra is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduler with strong Microsoft Excel skills to join our team. The Scheduler will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing schedules, ensuring that all resources are utilized efficiently. This role includes coordinating activities, maintaining deadlines, and supporting various departments to ensure on time delivery.

What you will be doing:

  • Create work orders, schedules, purchase requisitions, and make necessary adjustments in our MRP system.
  • Ability to identify and organize long lead items and create shortage lists to track pacing items.
  • Communicates to all supporting department needs and priorities.
  • Coordinates, monitor, and expedite any work as needed (machining, outside processing etc.).
  • Track and facilitate pacing items through receiving, quality, and machining processes.
  • Generate daily, weekly, monthly reports to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and forecast future scheduling needs.
  • Communicates and contributes to the internal team and always maintaining a positive outlook and attitude.
  • Complies with all company policies, AS9100 procedures, and safety requirements.
  • Follows-up on critical actions from all departments.
  • Address and resolve scheduling conflicts or delays proactively.
  • Analyze current scheduling processes and gaps to suggest improvements in increasing efficiency.

What you need to qualify:   

  • Professional, highly motivated, and organized
  • Must have high school diploma or equivalent, required
  • Must have MRP experience (Epicor's Manage 2000 preferred)
  • Must have 5 years’ experience in manufacturing Industry, aerospace a plus
  • Must be expert in Microsoft Excel for managing data, generating reports, and creating schedules (pivot tables, V-lookup’s, Macros to analyze data, etc.)
  • Lifting, carrying, pulling up to 50 pounds
  • Sitting/standing up to 10 hours per day
