Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the hospital pharmacy
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
  • Manage pharmacy staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
  • Implement and maintain policies and procedures for safe and effective medication use
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
  • Conduct regular audits and quality assurance checks
  • Address and resolve any medication-related issues
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of all pharmacy transactions

Shift:

  • First Shift: 8:00am - 5:30pm
  • July 29th start date

Qualifications:

  • Clear and active license in the state of CA
  • 2 years experience in pharmacy management in a hospital setting
  • Inpatient pharmacy experience required
