JOB DETAIL:

Truck Upfitter

General duties: Performs multi-faceted work that is necessary to build and repair structural, mechanical and electrical components of utility, dump, flatbed bodies, snowplows, salters and sanders and truck equipment.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required (electrical, mechanical)

  • A minimum of 5 years of Mechanic experience.
  • Must be able to accomplish full repairs, installations and modifications.
  • Ability to read, understand and interpret, instructions, drawings and technical plans.
  • Ability to adhere to garage PPE and company EHS guidelines. (Safety footwear, eye protection, noise protection and welding PPE required)

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift  7:00AM to 3:30PM (SUMMER) 8:00AM to 4:30PM (WINTER)
  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime Available
