An esteemed dining establishment in Egg Harbor City is actively searching for a seasoned Restaurant Manager to lead its front-of-house operations. With a requirement for over 5 years of supervisory experience in the restaurant sector, this role is tailored for a professional committed to driving both new and repeat business while upholding the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction.

Restaurant Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, setting a benchmark for excellence within Egg Harbor City's vibrant hospitality landscape.
  • Efficiently manage dining room operations, from seating arrangements to reservation confirmations, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
  • As the Restaurant Manager, you will be instrumental in recruiting, training, and guiding FOH staff, including hostesses, servers, runners, bartenders, and bus persons.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to devise and implement effective marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
  • Coordinate with the culinary team for menu planning and execution, ensuring top-notch service for Egg Harbor City patrons during large gatherings and special events.
  • Oversee procurement operations, including managing liquor orders to maintain optimal profit margins and inventory levels that meet our clientele's preferences.

Restaurant Manager Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant industry, preferably within or around Egg Harbor City.
  • Comprehensive beverage knowledge, including wines and cocktails, to support and enhance the restaurant's F&B programming initiatives.
  • The Restaurant Manager must have exceptional leadership qualities and be dedicated to fostering an environment that exceeds guest expectations.
  • A strong educational background, with at least a High School diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality management is advantageous.
