  • Ability to Manage 2-5 crew members
  • Solid understanding of different trees and shrubs
  • Basic understanding of Perennials
  • Can operate Skid Steers/ Mt's/ Loaders/  Snow Equipment 
  • Operate Auger
  • Ability to grade with skid steer
  • Ability to operate stump grinder
  • On load/ off load on trailer
  • Can drive a truck with trailer
  • Can communicate with customers
  • Identify, Assess, and fix any issues with assistance from Project Manager
  • Time management skills
