The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our shelves are stocked, organized, and ready for our customers. This role is crucial in maintaining the store’s overall appearance and providing a pleasant shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently stock and replenish merchandise on the sales floor.
  • Organize and maintain inventory in stockrooms and on the sales floor.
  • Ensure product presentation areas are clean and organized.
  • Assist with inventory counts and ordering processes as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve the stocking process and reduce inefficiencies.
  • Provide excellent customer service, including answering questions and guiding customers to products.
  • Follow safety guidelines to ensure a safe shopping and working environment.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to lift heavy items and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
