HumanEdge is looking to hire a Surg Tech to work in a Trauma Level 1 facilty. ASAP Start 13 week contract, possibility to extend.

Local and travel candidates are welcome to apply. Shift: 8 hour dayshift: 6:45am-3:15PM

Prepare and organize the operating room equipment, instruments, and supplies as required for various surgical procedures

Anticipate surgeon and patient needs during a procedure

Take care of specimens, prepare, check, and monitor medications, and assist with dressings

Set up a sterile and sanitary environment, and maintain the sterile field for the patient during procedures

Completion of a Surg Tech training program preferred

1-2 years hospital based OR experience

Strong background in ortho/neuro/trauma/general surg

NBSTSA certification

English
