The leading Central PA Plumbing and Heating Wholesaler, is seeking an energetic individual to join our NEW Baltimore Counter Sales team. 

Main Job Duties:

·        Assisting customers, in person or over the phone, with their plumbing and heating needs

·        Processing and confirming orders are input correctly

·        Advising customers on specific parts and products

·        Ensuring overall customer satisfaction and following up with customers as needed

The successful candidate:

  • Will have a technical understanding of the heating and plumbing field
  • Be customer-service and sales-oriented and willing to go the extra step
  • Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and passion to build lasting relationships with our customers
