Kava Culture in Clearwater, FL is looking for one barista to join our new team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and engaged. We are a Kava Bar that is opening a new location in Clearwater, FL This position is not required to have previous knowledge of Kava & Kratom however those items are our specialties and you will be expected to become educated with it.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs
  • Maintain a clean and tidy work area
  • Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally


Qualifications

  • Proven working experience as a barista
  • High integrity with a great attendance record
  • Strong attention to detail
