Coordinators may work with site staff, vendors, and consultants to collect and organize data in standardized reports. This position requires a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Responsibilities include serving as a resource to other departments on occasion.

Duties:

  • AR – check balances weekly, send notices.
  • VS – keep up and work with vendors daily.
  • Budgets – budget worksheets – update actuals/projections monthly.
  • AP workflow – keep eye on timeliness.
  • Any daily or weekly task – fill in / B&P self-sustained.
  • Reports - updating tasks.
  • Prepare executive summary based on the financial reports and input from local operations teams.
  • Compile utility data monthly and report the observations in changing use and/or cost.
  • Perform preliminary financial evaluations to assess site alignment with cost forecasts.
  • Guide vendors through the onboarding process to ensure compliance with service agreement.
  • Respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise.

Qualifications:

  • High school Diploma or GED required.
  • Strong commitment to continued education.
  • Considerable understanding of financial reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of vendor management principles.
  • Ability to work without supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of facility maintenance requirements.
  • Considerable knowledge of service selection best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office. Proficient typing skills are also required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to travel via plane and car for extended times.
  • Frequent standing, ladder use, walking, and sitting.
  • Frequent lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds.
  • Occasional lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
  • Frequent requirement to bend, stoop, crouch, lift materials overhead.
  • Must be able to work at computer or desk area for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to use a computer.
