Job DescriptionJob Description

BAUS is looking for a skilled, licensed cosmetologist or barber to compliment our talented crew and busy shop.

Specializing in men's haircuts, fades, and precision styling, BAUS offers a diverse service menu including beard services and facials. Our brand is all about hospitality, creativity, and a commitment to excellence. We're on the search for someone that is able to sustain a clientele and deliver unmatched service

Position: Part-time OR Full-time

Closed: Sundays and all major Holidays

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong communication skills and expertise in men's haircuts (bald fades, scissor cuts, etc.) and beard grooming.
  • Passion for the craft and a desire to grow alongside BAUS.
  • Positive mindset
  • Punctual in timeliness
  • Strong sense of style and current in trends

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service based on clients' needs.
  • Perform a variety of hair and beard services to the highest standards.
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace, following industry best practices.
  • Create a professional and welcoming atmosphere in collaboration with our team.

Compensation: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
