Window & Door Installer - Experienced

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in window, and door installations.
• Window and Door Installation Skills: Experience in proper fitting, sealing, and insulation techniques (Required)
• Ability to Bend Aluminum Coil Stock: Proficiency in bending aluminum coil stock to create custom fascia and window capping (preferred but not mandatory).
• Time Management: Time and work process management skills with the ability to work independently
• Attention to Detail: Meticulousness in measurements and craftsmanship for superior outcomes.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot effectively during installations.
• Communication: Strong collaborative skills with teams and clients.
• Quality Work Ethic: Commitment to delivering high-caliber workmanship.
• Physical Fitness and Material Handling: Proficiency in working outdoors throughout the year, including the capability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy materials and equipment. Skilled in safely handling, transporting, and storing materials, tools, and equipment while strictly adhering to safety protocols and industry best practices to prevent material damage and minimize the risk of injuries.
• Valid Driver's License: Possession of a valid driver's license.

Looking for Self-Motivated, customer-oriented Window and Door installers. Must have Experience with Window and Door Installations. Qualified candidates will have experience with general carpentry, power tools, window installation; exterior door frame and door construction and installation; siding installation; drywall construction, and interior trim applications The primary purpose of this position is to install all company products accurately according to company procedures and guidelines always in a safe and timely manner with courtesy and professionalism. Salary is based on proven experience.
