As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and screening job candidates for multiple local companies. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with potential and existing candidates, as well as managing the recruitment process from the initial candidate contact to the final onboarding process. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to remain organized and work independently.

Recruiter/ Staffing Supervisors responsibilities

  • · Recruit, interview, identify and on-board candidates who fit the criteria and culture of the client’s positions
  • · Manufacturing knowledge for sales and recruitment purposes
  • · Use traditional and non-traditional resources to attract, source and retain candidates
  • · Data Entry (computer skills a must)
  • · Develop and implement advertising for higher viability
  • · Develop and maintain current/new client and employee relationships
  • · HIGH volume phone use is required
