North Palm Beach brokerage firm is seeking a Financial Advisor Support Associate to add to their dynamic team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients and candidates
- Schedule interviews and onsite visits between clients and candidates
- Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, correspondence
- Resolve any issues or concerns that arise from clients or candidates
- Maintain organized records in our applicant tracking system
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Problem solving skills and ability to multitask
- Passion for helping both external and internal clients
