Construction Estimator

4 Johnson's Construction LLC is currently seeking a construction estimator for our Residential Construction company. Estimator will be responsible for creating estimates for all aspects of residential construction such as new home construction, home additions, home remodels, kitchen & bath remodels, post frame buildings, and light commercial. Main focus is currently in the residential sector. Estimator will work with suppliers & sub-contractors to put together quality, precise estimates in a timely manner. We are looking for an individual that has at least 5+ years experience in residential construction and is knowledgeable in all aspects of residential construction. We are looking for an individual that is a self starter, very motivated, detail oriented, and works well individually as well as in a team environment. We are not just looking for a body to fill the position, we are seeking the RIGHT person for the position that is professional, goal oriented & can uphold our company core values. The compensation is flexible & will be commensurate with experience. Benefits can also be discussed and may be available after an initial probationary period.
