PG Golf LLC is looking for a quality individual to fill the role of Pad Print Associate for the Refinishing Department.

Summary:

This critical role will coordinate activities with refinishing production to meet all specifications and quality requirements. This role will be responsible to properly stamp golf balls by operating a personalized, multi-colored pad print machine to ensure productivity levels are met.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Acute attention to detail during setup, process runs, and clean-up is a critical to this role.

· Control and operate assigned pad print equipment.

· Ensure proper plates, ink, and materials are setup for pad print runs per schedule and established company guidelines.

· Responsible for print quality by maintaining optimum production rate, color density, registration, and quality standards.

· Ensure first ball inspection is completed and inspect samples of balls during stamping process to ensure quality standards are met.

· Perform in-process inspections and communicate with management of any print problems observed during production.

· Monitor and maintain equipment including setup and cleaning of ink plates, wells, and pads.

· Maintain a clean & safe work area and ensures the safe and efficient use of materials and equipment.

· Record pad printed ball production and daily waste records.

Requirements / Qualifications

· Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

· Experience: Must have prior pad print or similar experience.

· Must be able to lift 60 pounds.

· Must be organized and follow a schedule.

· Use/ understand measuring devices/ tolerances.

· Must be at least 18 years of age.

· Combination of Education and experience.

· Ability to work in a warehouse environment.

· Advanced knowledge in printing press or similar.

· Demonstrate willingness to work with others to achieve common team goals.

· Ability to receive directions and work well with others.

· Strong communications skills

· This is an hourly position.

· Project work may require occasionally over time.
