Estimator/PM - Residential Remodeling Construction

Our established construction firm has an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Estimator/PM.

Previous experience in residential construction estimating, detail- oriented and team player. This is the perfect opportunity to work with a great crew and for someone who has worked in the trades with hands on experience.

Duties include preparing estimates by gathering blueprints, specifications, and proposals. Identify labor, material, and time requirements by reviewing proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents. PM duties include overseeing all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation.

10+ years’ experience in residential construction remodeling and estimating is preferred. All projects are located on the South Shore.

Salary dependent on experience.
