Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Provide general oversight of clinical service delivery by providing direct and/or indirect supervision with Qualified Professionals and Paraprofessionals on a bi-weekly/monthly (as designated by program). This includes face-to-face supervision and feedback relative to assessments, admissions, treatment plan development and implementation, treatment plan modification and discharge planning, local resources, and care coordination 
  • Ensure that all Supervisions are completed by the 5th of the following month 
  • Review progress notes for appropriate clinical content 
  • Provide Crisis Intervention services, as needed 
  • Complete ISPs and 6-month reviews, as designated by program 
  • Review Quarterlies and SARs for clinical accuracy and compliance standards 
  • Conduct program-specific assessments as needed 
  • Complete annual assessments 
  • Oversee authorizations and attend authorizations meetings 
  • Review Assessments and ISPs prior to the initiation of treatment 
  • Manage case assignment coverage  
  • Complete and/or oversee Discharges/Transitions of Services 
  • Complete all documentation and required tasks by established deadlines 
  • Oversee the peer-to-peer review process for clinical supervisees with identified MCO’s, if required 
  • Complete and/or review transition of services documents to ensure appropriate discharge planning  
  • Ensure group supervision sign in sheets and assignments are completed and turned into compliance the 10th of the month 
  • Review Serious Incident Reports  
  • Complete CHRIS reports, as required  
  • Attend Family Assessment Planning Team Meetings (FAPT), as needed 
  • Oversee the quantitative and qualitative record review process for individual files; assurance of compliance with contract, accreditation, and licensure expectations and standards 
  • Manage/oversee Operations Coordinators  
  • Assist with marketing, community events, and managing referrals for all programs 
  • Provide formal case consultations as needed 
  • Enforce Program Policies and Procedures 
  • Perform quality assurance measures  
  • Conduct Outpatient Therapy, as needed 
  • Oversee requests and coverage for paid time off  
  • Demonstrate effective knowledge of Epic Health Partners’ services and build partnerships with potential stakeholders 
  • Facilitate and attend team huddles, meetings, and trainings as directed 
  • Complete other duties as assigned
