Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will provide counseling and support to individuals dealing with mental health issues. You will play a crucial role in helping patients improve their overall well-being and achieve their therapeutic goals.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions to address various mental health concerns
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to assist patients in managing symptoms and improving coping skills
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess mental health conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Valid Maryland License (LCPC, LGPC, LCSW-C)
- Knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with patients
