Our story began in 2011 when a group of office workers at a major logistics company in Chicago had a lunch problem. Nearby options were limited and the team was spending too much time and money traveling to their favorite restaurants. They had an idea: bring Chicago’s local restaurant culture inside the office to sell food.  It was an immediate hit. When they discovered people from other companies sneaking into their office, they knew they were on to something.

Fooda pioneered the concept of rotating popup restaurants inside offices. Today, we operate in 45 cities with over 100 million meals served and continue to grow rapidly.

Powered by technology and a network of 1500+ restaurants, we feed hungry people at work through a platform of unique food programs located within companies, office buildings, hospitals, schools, distribution centers, and more. Location:

·    Hawthorne, CA

Requirements:

  • US-issued passport or a US-issued permanent residency card
  • Ability to work Monday-Friday from 9:30am-2pm OR Monday – Friday 4:30pm-9:30pm with some flexibility on both sides of this time frame. 
  • Reliable car.
  • Must be able to lift to 40 pounds.

Your Responsibilities: 

  • Serve food from our restaurant partners to client’s employees during a 3-4 hour shift.
  • Meet restaurant partners at points of entry to load food and transport to Popup site.
  • Learn Popup menus of various Fooda restaurant partners.
  • Setup Popup program and ensure all sanitation processes are followed.
  • Break down station and ensure full cleanliness of client space.
  • Weekly inventory of cleaning supplies and small wares.
  • Escalate issues to the on-site Account Manager to keep them informed or help problem solve.
