Qualifications and Skills:
- Proficiency with Quickbooks software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize to-dos, and maintain an organized office environment.
· Manage the reception area. Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person.
- Providing support to customers or clients, addressing inquiries or concerns.
- Comfort with changing priorities and a dynamic work environment.
- Attention to detail in managing files, records, documentation & other tasks.
- Familiarity with office equipment, such as copiers and scanners.
- Professional phone etiquette and the ability to handle inquiries effectively.
- Clear and concise email communication.
- Customer service oriented with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
- Willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a positive work atmosphere.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative when needed.
- eBay knowledge a plus
