Job Description
Position: Lead Nurse
Location: Boca Raton, FL
Pay: $30-$40/hr. 40 hours/ week; hours vary by day
Job Summary
We are searching for a progressive Registered Nurse with facial aesthetics experience, a passion for growth, and an opportunity to learn about the growing health and wellness industry. Qualifications/Skills
Skills:
· Ability to connect with patients’ needs to serve them with the right IV drip for their age, condition, or goals
· Has a passionate, easy-going spirit to clients to enhance their ease with receiving an IV service."
· Experience taking vital signs, auscultating lung sounds, and using an intravenous catheter with an aseptic technique
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills to complete administrative support tasks, as well as answer online and phone queries from potential customers and other team members
· Be comfortable working on the Internet, using various web-based applications that help us manage our prospect and customer relationships (Training provided.)
· Attention to detail to support other team members and follow up with pending inquiries from prospects who have expressed interest in our services
· Experience in the field of aesthetics and weight loss
· Strong customer service and suggestive selling skills
· Willing to learn and adhere to 797 Compliance
· Ability to train staff members on day-to-day procedures
· Willing to learn and adapt to menus and protocols set forth by the research and development team
Qualifications:
· Must possess a current and valid State of Florida license
· Emergency Room or Labor and Delivery experience
· Nursing License
· Must possess a current CPR/AED for Healthcare Provider certification
· Must possess a current ACLS certification
· Excellent communication skills
· Proficient in computer skills and office equipment
· Problem solver, active listener, and great communicator
Education
Bachelor's degree in nursing or advanced education
Experience: Appropriate certifications and/or licensures with 2-5 years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
