Madden Industrial Craftsmen, a leading staffing firm, is currently seeking a committed Laser Operator – Swing Shift for one of our esteemed clients in Mukilteo, WA. Our client, a manufacturing company specializing in CNC Machines and Fabrication for over three decades, offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for precision and craftsmanship.

Job Title: Laser Operator – Swing Shift
Pay Rate: $23.00- $28.00
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 2:30PM-1:00AM; Training: Monday-Friday 7AM-3:30PM
Location: Mukilteo, WA

Responsibilities:

· Operate Fiber Laser equipment to produce precise parts.

· Load materials and perform program edits as needed.

· Prepare finished parts for shipment and maintain machine efficiency.

· Handle material, measure workpieces, and maintain shop cleanliness.

Skills:

· 1-3 years of CNC Laser experience in sheet metal manufacturing.

· Ability to operate laser cutting program and automated equipment.

· Familiarity with flat print drawings and forklift operation.

Desired Work Experience:

· 1-3 years of CNC Laser operation.

· Experience with parts nesting software and laser control programming preferred.
