Field Glazier

We are excited to be looking for a new Glazier to join our team Founded in 1994, JR Butler is a commercial glass and glazing company based in Englewood, Colorado, with projects across the country. We value our Work and our people, and we pride ourselves on our strong ability to learn and grow. The right individual must be hardworking, detail orientated, willing to travel, and will be ready to collaborate with a great team while pursuing the next level of their career

Qualifications:

· Unitized glazing experience is preferred but not required

· Comply with company safety, quality control and attendance regulations

· Willingness to travel for work within the city and potentially out of state

· Swing stage, forklift, scissor lift, and boom lift training is preferred but not required

· Comfortable working at heights

· Able to lift and/or move items up to approximately 75lbs regularly

· Must be able to pass a drug test (JR Butler is a drug-free, marijuana-free environment)

· Must be able to pass a criminal background check

Compensation & Benefits:

· $19-30 or more hourly, depending on experience

o Opportunities for OT pay

o Performance bonuses

· 401K packages with employer matching

· Medical, dental, and vision packages with employer contribution

· 40 hours of vacation time after 6 months
