Local CDL A Driver

As a delivery and application specialist in the Mesa, Arizona, area, you play a vital role in our company's success by delivering and applying our products and services to clients. You are the face of the company, engaging directly with customers daily and ensuring our products are applied accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand technical requirements to apply products promptly at customer sites.
- Calculate chemical application rates accurately using mathematical skills.
- Safely operate company vehicles, transporting products between various locations, often across states.
- Utilized and maintained various application equipment, delivering and applying chemical solutions.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of all product lines and their proper use.
- Maintain professional communication with customers, even under stress, and escalate issues appropriately.
- Build positive relationships with key customer contacts, identifying the right contacts for specific interactions.
- Serve multiple customers throughout the spray season, understanding each site's unique requirements.
- Adhere to state and federal laws while operating commercial vehicles.
- Drive, operate, and maintain assigned spray equipment, reporting equipment issues promptly.
- Perform administrative tasks, including completing paperwork and forms utilizing electronic devices for communication.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Class A CDL in good standing with Tanker endorsement preferred
- At least 2 years of driving experience ensuring safe job performance.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to maintain schedules.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented and self-directed, capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Ability to handle fast-paced tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays based on industry demands.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and operate equipment requiring physical coordination.
- Proficiency in using phones, tablets, and mobile devices for communication.
Work Environment:
- Industrial setting with exposure to noise, heavy machinery, and environmental factors.
- Occasional inclement weather conditions may be encountered.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods, climb ladders, and lift/push/pull containers up to 50 pounds.
