United Realty is an Arizona based property management and development company. The company is currently experiencing rapid growth, furthering our need for strong, competent construction staff. We are looking for long term employees that we can garner a positive win/win relationship with. We are located in central Tempe and work will be done on job sites across the valley. We are looking for a knowledgeable, hardworking individual for immediate hire to join our team. Pay is competitive depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

· New construction and tenant improvement

· Working with blueprints

· 5 Years Experience needed; Plumbing license a plus

Required Skills:

Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and attentiveness to detail
Ability to perform tasks involving physical labor at construction sites
Adhere to all quality and safety codes
Able to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
Accurately layout building systems.
Install fixtures
Install plumbing equipment such as water heaters, re circulation pumps, sump pumps, etc..
Ability to set up and perform plumbing tests.
Must have good problem-solving skills.
Ability to identify potential issues during installation.
