Location: Madison WI area or relocation only

We are seeking a Linux System Administrator to join our dynamic team of tech-savvy professionals. As a Linux System Administrator, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects that push the boundaries of innovation and creativity.
Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy and manage Linux-based systems and infrastructure
- Monitor and maintain the health, performance, and security of Linux systems
- Automate system administration tasks and write scripts in Bash, Python, or other languages
- Configure and manage networking and storage infrastructure
- Provide technical support for internal teams and external clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and identify and implement appropriate solutions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Linux technologies and trends, and propose improvements and new solutions
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Linux system administration
- Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems and architectures
- Experience with virtualization technologies (KVM, VMware, Docker)
- Strong understanding of networking and storage technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, NFS, SAN)
- Experience with automation and configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef)
- Proficient in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Ruby
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
