Job Title: Retail Store Temp – USC Only

Location: On-site - Lancaster, PA 17602

On-site interviews

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:45am – 4:45pm (as the year goes on and the business is busy, hours might extend beyond 4:45)

Job Responsibilities:

 

Assist with retail store work that may include:

· Customer contact involving greeting customers when they enter the store, or call on the telephone to gather appropriate information, scheduling meetings, etc.

· Answering phones, data entry, holding conversations, organizing calendars.

Qualifications:

· HS diploma/GED required

· In-person position, so candidate will need to have experience facing customers, be it in retail or other customer-service positions.

· Will be working both independently and within a team; must be pleasant to work with and helpful with customers, able to answer questions, etc.

· Basic computer skills - Excel, Outlook, TEAMS

· Some experience with payment systems helpful.
