Job DescriptionJob DescriptionEstablished in 1999 and based in Shelby Township, Michigan, this landscaping company has established a solid reputation in the design and installation of breathtaking outdoor spaces. The Hardscape & Landscape Foreman leads a crew completing various projects for residential and commercial clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a landscaping & hardscaping crew
  • Operate trucks, trailers, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Train new crew members
  • Accurately report time and material usage
  • Other tasks and responsibilities as need or directed
 Requirements:
  • Sufficient hardscaping experience: brick pavers, retaining walls, steps, etc.
  • Sufficient landscaping experience: trees, shrubs, lawn, mulch, stone, etc.
  • Valid driver's license
  • Chauffeur's license or ability to obtain
  • Able to safely operate skid-steer, brick saw, truck & trailer, laser level, and other necessary tools and equipment
  • Able to set grade for walls and patios
  • Be reliable, dependable, and a team player
  • Able to safely handle the physical demands of the job
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Hourly (Starts at $28 and goes up from there based on experience & qualifications)
  • Health insurance
