We are seeking a Trade Show Coordinator to join our team You will be responsible for attending targeted events from conception through completion. Our Trade Show Coordinator manages booths, shows the service & product, and engages potential clients. The duties of our Trade Show Coordinator are centered around appointment setting, arranging tables for an appealing display, and cleaning up. A trade show coordinator may work at a convention center or travel to different places, engage with clients, and assist in creative displays.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all event activities and personnel
  • Schedule appointments utilizing Comer & Cross process
  • Distribute all meeting information and supplies to attending personnel
  • Research and identify successful event opportunities
  • Maintain stock of event supplies

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in event planning or other related fields
  • Strong communication skills
  • Prompt and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work well in teams
  • CRM/ Group software familiarity
