What We’re Looking For 

​We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Director of Data & Analytics to lead our data
strategy and drive innovation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data science,
analytics, and healthcare logistics, with a proven track record of driving data-driven decision-making and
innovation.

 


What You'll Do
• Strategic Leadership:
o Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy aligned with company goals.
o Identify and prioritize data initiatives to drive business growth and efficiency.

• Team Management:
o Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of data scientists, analysts, and data
engineers.
o Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

• Data Infrastructure:
o Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of scalable data architectures, data
warehouses, and data lakes.
o Ensure data quality, accuracy, integrity, security, and compliance with relevant
regulations (e.g., HIPAA).

• Analytics & Insights:
o Develop and implement advanced analytics, machine learning models, and business
intelligence solutions to uncover actionable insights.
o Translate complex data findings into actionable recommendations for product
development, marketing strategies, and operational improvements.

• Collaboration:
o Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering,
operations, and sales, to integrate data insights into product offerings and business
processes.
o Partner with external vendors and data providers as needed.

• Customer Focus:
o Engage with key customers to understand their data needs and ensure our solutions
meet their expectations.
o Advocate for the use of data to improve customer experience and outcomes.

• Innovation:
o Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data and
analytics.
o Identify and implement innovative solutions to keep our products and services
competitive.

• Performance Monitoring: 

o Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of data
initiatives.
o Regularly report on data performance to stakeholders.

 


What You'll Need
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
PhD is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in data and analytics roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
• Proven track record of building and scaling data teams and delivering impactful results.
• Experience in healthcare logistics, freight audit and pay, or a related field is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R), data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau,
Power BI), and data engineering technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
• Demonstrated experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence applications. Ability
to design, develop, and implement ML models to solve complex business problems and improve
decision-making processes.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud-based
data warehousing platforms such as Snowflake and Google BigQuery.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage
stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to think strategically and translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations, particularly in the healthcare industry (e.g.,
HIPAA).
