Our growing team is looking for a logistic coordinator

Monday - Friday 7am to 3:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor shipments to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods.
  • Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements,.
  • Prepare accurate reports for upper management on logistics performance.
  • Communicate and negotiate with carriers and vendors to achieve the best terms and rates.
  • Resolve any issues or discrepancies with shipments and deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate records of logistics activities and transactions, including shipments.
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software (e.g., ERP systems).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
