Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional massage therapy that exceeds patients' expectations, helping them achieve the highest level of function and well-being.

  • Utilize therapeutic techniques and devices effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of sessions and participate in clinics as required.
  • *Note: Responsibilities may evolve to meet the needs of our patients and team.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Valid Arizona massage therapy license.
  • Experience: Relevant certifications and/or licensures, with prior related experience preferred.
  • Certifications for Cupping, Lymphatic, Hot Stone, Cranial, and additional modalities are preferred but not required. 
Skills:
  • Active listening and social perceptiveness.
  • Strong service orientation and critical thinking abilities.
  • Team player, punctual, and ready to contribute to our collective success.
  • Prenatal certification with active proficiency.
  • Goal-oriented, thriving in teamwork and personal accountability.
  • Willingness to adhere to a set schedule of 30-35 hours per week.
  • Professional and ethical conduct, with a touch of personal flair.
  • Comprehensive skills in patient care, including bedside manner, physiological knowledge, and infection control.

  • Clear communicator who can effectively identify each client's needs, set clear expectations, and stay connected to the client throughout the session to achieve the goals of each service
  • Performs therapy to control pain, reduce stress, and promote relaxation.
  • Develops treatment plans by determining clinical data prescribed by doctors.
  • Takes into consideration the medical history of the patient.
  • Uses therapeutic devices and techniques.
  • Documents daily sessions.
  • Attends clinics, as assigned.
