Looking for the Best of Both Worlds? Salon Milage is looking for top notch Stylists that maybe have gone out on their own, well educated & established, but NOT looking to rent a chair.  We believe it has to be the right fit for both the Stylist and the salon, that's why we offer very a flexible Shift Pay options to our contractor stylists. We know there are many stylists that love the freedom of being out on their own, but also maybe missing the structure of a full salon and clientele.

So if that sounds like you, we determine your skill set and Salon Milage provides its clients. You provide your expertise on a shift by shift basis. Full time employment may also be offered at a later date.  This means, No big upfront commitments and your work schedule can be flexible, without having to leave your current situation. Bottom Line here, let's get to know each other, work together, and take it from there

With many years behind the chair and a track record of delivering client satisfaction, she loves to pass on knowledge to all those around her and help others grow and become more successful as well

We are an established salon with many repeat clients and plenty of new clients booking; we offer plenty of opportunities to help you stay busy.

Company DescriptionLooking for the next top stylist in Somerville Salon Milage is located in the heart of Davis Square and we have plenty of space to expand our team of talented hair stylists. We are an established salon with many re-peat customers, however are we are also in a prime location for New Clients as well. We are in high demand for Balayage services and a stylist with this specialty skill set is a huge plus We prefer experience & proven track record of results, however, we'll consider a candidate looking to build a career and NOT a job. This position would be directly supporting and learning from a Level IV Stylist at our salon and is a fantastic opportunity to Super Charge your career by learning from a Top Stylist.

Our philosophy is to always encourage improvement and for our team to stay informed on latest techniques. Currently we feature unique services in the area and plan on continuing to be a leader in the industry. Our atmosphere is relaxed and our team works well together to make our clients happy and pleased with all our services. Our reputation online is fabulous and also leads to many new clients.

Must Haves

At Salon Milage, we are currently seeking PASSION that will compliment our diverse team. Ideally, you will have a minimum of 3 years experience and a client base. We are however willing to train the right match and help build your business. An example, is a stylist that demonstrates the passion to learn and improve, outgoing/friendly personality, and an ability to perform multi tasks of the business, including front desk responsibilities and product sales.
A clear understanding of your strengths and weaknesses. Along with this a desire to improve.
Identify services that you would like to build your career upon and self knowledge of what makes you the most productive.
Being a team player and the ability to conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times.
