Join our team at Lee, Landrum & Ingle's Las Vegas, Nevada office We're currently looking for an experienced Litigation Paralegal/Secretary with California experience for this combined position. Familiarity with Nevada Rules is a plus. The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree or, at minimum, an Associate Degree along with a paralegal certificate. Experience in construction and commercial litigation is preferred.

Responsibilities for this role include:

· Detailed-oriented with strong proofreading skills, maintaining high-quality work output.

· Ability to work independently and assist multiple attorneys while staying organized.

· Preparation of documents, drafting letters, and court form documents.

· Calendaring and scheduling.

· Assisting with deposition and trial preparation, including arranging depositions.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and other technology skills.

· Conducting document inspection and analysis.

· Managing case files and reviewing documents for content.

· Familiarity with Nevada and California Rules of Civil Procedure.

· Researching of public records and other resources for purposes of discovery

· Review of documents and drafting detailed summaries of same to assist handling attorneys

· Draft Discovery Requests and Responses

· Drafting of Subpoena Duces Tecum and Domestication of Subpoenas
