Broker Associate

Role Description

Resolute Investments is seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Real Estate Broker specializing in retail acquisitions, sales and leasing. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and representing the leasing of 2-4 retail centers annually, as well as building their own portfolio of third-party for sale and/or lease listings. This role requires a self-motivated, ethical, and confident team player with a proven track record in developing and maintaining client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire potential retail properties on behalf of Resolute Investments.
• Acquire, represent and manage retail property listings acquired from third parties.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Implement marketing plans and outreach campaigns.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Real Estate License in good standing.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and strong work ethic.
• Alignment with Resolute’ s core values.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in real estate management software (e.g., CoStar, LoopNet).

Compensation / Benefits:

• Commissioned independent contractor (1099).
