Our mission is to train the next generation of management by fostering collaboration, creativity, entrepreneurial spirit, and community engagement. We partner with national and local charities to increase their brand awareness, build donor relationships, and fundraise, representing our non-profit organizations to better serve the community.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop Fundraising Skills:

  • Learn and develop the skills necessary to become a professional fundraiser.

Management Training:

  • Show the ability to move into a management role within 2-4 weeks.

Interview Conducting:

  • Gain experience in conducting professional interviews.

Team Coaching and Mentoring:

  • Learn to coach and mentor team members to help them reach their full potential.

Community Relationship Building:

  • Build and maintain relationships with the community to support our fundraising efforts.
