We are seeking an Associate Attorney to become a part of our Labor & Employment team You will represent clients in legal proceedings - in either individual wrongful termination actions or in class/representative actions - draw up legal documents and advise clients on their legal options. The position is in-person at our Glendale office. The ideal candidate would be someone who has 1 to 3 years of legal experience practicing law in California courts.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in court, before government agencies, and in depositions
  • Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
  • Handle day-to-day management of cases from inception to resolution
  • Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
  • Comply with all legal standards and regulations
  • Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law
