Overview:
A residential  pole barn home construction company in Fenton area is looking for a Crew Foreman to lead their building crew. This is a family owned business that takes a strong interest in building a hard working culture and positive work environment.

Shift Hours:
8:00am - 4:30pm M-F (Voluntary Saturdays)

Pay:
$25/hr-$28/hr

Job Qualifications:

• Ability to facilitate a project
• Strong leadership qualities and experience
• Experience making decisions and adjustments without supervision
• 10+ years of rough and trim carpentry experience
• Willingness to work alongside laborers on a day to day basis to keep project on track

Crew Foreman will be responsible for management and construction of projects according to prints. Should be an exemplary leader with heavy experience in the residential construction field.
