We are seeking a Medical Assistant (Crescent City, CA) to become a part of our team You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner
  • Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff
  • Communicate with insurance companies for proper billing procedures and prior authorizations
  • Escort patients to exam rooms and perform patient intake.
  • Give injections
  • Assist with patient exams and surgical procedures, patient follow-ups, post-operative care

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in healthcare administration or other related field
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer skills with EHR experience
  • Detailed oriented
