American focus Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate Caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing support and implementing behavior intervention plans. Your responsibilities will include assisting individuals with daily living skills, facilitating social interactions, and implementing behavior management techniques in various settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Provide support to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Assist with daily living skills, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, household tasks, etc.
  • Facilitate social interactions and promote community integration.
  • Collect data on client progress and behavior observations.
  • Transport clients to and from their homes and community outings with using company van.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities (preferred).
  • Ability to implement behavior intervention plans and collect data accurately (will train).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • 39-month MVR (or ability to obtain)
  • Article 9 (or ability to obtain)
  • fingerprint clearance (or ability to obtain)
  • CPR first aid (or ability to obtain)
  • prevention and support (or ability to obtain)
