Job DescriptionJob Description

Law firm specializing in worker's compensation law is looking for a skilled Legal Assistant to join the team.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and a good understanding of California Worker's Compensation. You MUST be bilingual in Spanish. The candidate must have exceptional organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

We prefer someone who is knowledgeable with EAMS; DOR process; Filing Applications; Amending Applications; Doctor Election; Preparing files for hearings. However, we are willing to train the right candidate.

The responsibilities for this position include assisting attorneys with case preparation, drafting legal documents, managing and organizing case files, obtaining medical treatment, and communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
