Right of Way Agent

Responsible for ROW route planning ensuring that is environmentally acceptable, most cost effective and work multiple groups to achieve this.

Meet with surveyors in the field for route inspections. Pre check routes after survey but before plats. Checking plats.

Effectively work with 3rd party Environmental and Archology on reroutes and monitoring progress.

Oversees all BLM ROW application process from start to finish.

Working with engineers to make sure all ROWs are in for each well.

Applying for temporary easements and road crossings.

Determine where the ROW is located, if still active and needed alongside area engineers.

Serve as liaison with BLM, road departments and landowners for any routing issues or construction issues.

Perform all paperwork and documentation including but not limited to setting up new projects, updating proper spreadsheets, order checks and uploading completed projects to Dynamic Docs.

Effectively use established company policies, procedures, and processes to perform work.

Ability to work in a team environment and willingness to assume additional new responsibilities readily.

Exercises good judgement and has experience handling confidential information.

Ability to plan and organize workload, adjust to changing priorities, and work well under pressure.
