As a Wholesale Account Representative, you will play a crucial role in managing and expanding our wholesale distribution network. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, onboarding new partners, negotiating pricing agreements, obtaining approval for margin sheets, and negotiating contracts. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective management of wholesale accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Relationship Management:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing wholesale accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Act as the primary point of contact for wholesale partners, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

 

2. Onboarding New Distributors:

- Identify and onboard new distributors to expand the company's wholesale network.

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for targeting and acquiring new wholesale accounts.

 

3. Pricing Negotiation:

- Negotiate pricing agreements with distributors to maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market.

- Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to inform negotiation strategies.

 

4. Margin Sheet Approval:

- Prepare margin sheets detailing pricing structures and profit margins for wholesale products.

- Work with internal stakeholders, upper management, to obtain approval for margin sheets.

 

5. Contract Negotiation:

- Negotiate and finalize contracts with wholesale partners, ensuring terms and conditions are mutually beneficial and legally sound.

- Review contract terms regularly to identify opportunities for optimization or renegotiation.

 

Qualifications:

 

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

- Proven experience in wholesale account management, sales, or related roles.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and financial information.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

- This position may require occasional travel to meet with wholesale partners or attend industry events.
