PrideStaff Financial on behalf of their client in Davie is looking for a Dynamic Human Resource Administrator. As an HR Generalist, your role will be a mixture of Administrative and HR duties such as updating HR documents, and staff records and implementing company policies procedures, and benefits. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in Human Resources and not be afraid to roll up their sleeves.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and record-keeping.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for employees and management on HR-related matters.
  • Address employee concerns, conduct performance evaluations, and manage disciplinary actions in alignment with company policies.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth by implementing learning programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Partner with leadership to develop and execute talent strategies that support organizational goals.
  • Implement initiatives for employee development, succession planning, and retention.
  • Process employees’ expense reports
  • Responsible for weekly and, monthly reports

 

  • Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years as an HR Generalist
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be organized and have attention to detail
  • Must have the ability to act with professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Computer proficient with Microsoft Office suites
  • Must be a team player and not afraid to wear different hats.
