Creative Financial Staffing is partnered with an international law firm looking to add a Billing Specialist to their Boston team.

Responsibilities of the Billing Specialist:

  • Producing monthly reporting on billing
  • Receiving attorney notes and updating files accordingly
  • Reviewing for compliance and record keeping purposes
  • Submitting invoices to clients through company website
  • Following-up with clients for accounts receivable

Background Expected of the Billing Specialist:

  • Bachelor's degree or experience equivalent (4 years of experience)
  • At least two years of experience in a related position
    • Legal billing is a plus but not required
