Company Wide Responsibilities:

· Works collaboratively with all Status Solutions and Status Solutions Network team members to ensure the customer has an exceptional experience.

· Contributes to a positive work environment through solution-based feedback and resolutions.

· Achieves and exceeds target measurables assigned by their Team Lead while working collaboratively with their team to support the overall success of both Status Solutions and Status Solutions Network.

· Actively supports and advocates for all company initiatives.

· Consistently asks questions to gauge personal understanding as well as the knowledge base of the team.

· Takes all reasonable and necessary steps to protect the intellectual property of Status Solutions.

Requirements

· Demonstrated history of collaboration and teamwork.

· Proven ability to achieve and exceed key performance metrics and quotas within a team environment.

· Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills for a fast-paced environment.

· Possesses organizational, prioritization, and time management skills with the ability to multitask.

· Exceptional ability to communicate and foster lasting business relationships with customers and business partners.

· Experience using creative approaches to challenges - be resourceful.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to access any situation independently and act accordingly.

· Maintains sense of urgency in completing assignments.

· Continuously acts as a brand ambassador for the Solutions Suite and Franchise Model.
