Schedule: Full-time, Monday Friday (9:00 AM 9:00 PM) Saturday Sunday (9:00 AM 5:00 PM).
Rotating 8 hour shifts with rotating weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities:

  • As an outpatient pharmacist, you would be responsible for accurately dispensing medications and providing counseling to patients on proper usage and potential side effects, ensuring their safety and understanding.
  • You would also collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy management, addressing any potential drug interactions or therapeutic duplications to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Additionally, you'll manage inventory levels, order medications, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining a smoothly functioning pharmacy operation.

Requirements:

  • Retail pharmacy experience.
  • Willing to be cross trained in LTC and inpatient.
  • Clear and active Pharmacist license in the state of Illinois.
