- Regularly meet with the sales team to align on goals and strategies.
The Sales Development Representative reports directly to the Sales Manager/Directors and plays a crucial role in the sales team. This position is key to building the initial contact and setting the stage for further sales discussions, directly impacting the company's growth and success in the market.
Qualifications:

- Experience with CRM software, preferably HubSpot.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
- Knowledge of the construction equipment industry is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and communication tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
